Nothing leaves the device until you ask
With no account, notes never leave your browser or your phone. Sync is a paid feature you turn on, not a default you opt out of.
End-to-end encryption is real
When you turn it on, notes are encrypted before they are sent. The key is derived from your passphrase and never uploaded. We store bytes we cannot open.
The trade-off, stated plainly
A server that cannot read your notes also cannot transcribe, OCR or answer questions about them. Encryption and AI are a choice, not a bundle — and the app says so at the switch.
No ads, no trackers, no resale
The apps carry no advertising SDK and no analytics that follow you. Subscriptions are the whole business model. Read the policy.

Before you install it.
Do I need an account?
No. The extension works with no account at all — notes stay in your browser. An account only matters when you want the same notes on your phone.
What happens to my notes if I stop paying?
You keep them. Notes already on the device stay on the device and stay readable and exportable. You drop back to 5 new notes a day, and sync stops. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Can you read my notes?
If you have not turned on end-to-end encryption and you use sync, then technically yes — the same as any hosted notes app — and the transcription and OCR features work by reading them. Turn encryption on and we cannot, which also turns those features off for encrypted notes. Both facts are stated at the switch, in the app.
Where is the data stored?
On CST Solution's own server in France, not a third-party notes platform. Attachments and notes sit on the same machine, backed up nightly.
Is there an Android app?
It is built and waiting behind the iPhone release. The extension works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and any other Chromium browser today.
How do I get a refund?
Message +84 904 879 900 on WhatsApp. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us — the support page has the links.
